1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the kxh8 platform (available at kxh8.app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and kxh8 (the "Platform"). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kxh8 platform.

These Terms apply to all services provided through kxh8, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, fishing games, promotional offers, bonuses, and all account-related services.

By using the kxh8 platform, you also confirm that you are not subject to any legal or regulatory restriction in your jurisdiction that would prohibit you from accessing or using online gaming services. kxh8 operates as an offshore platform and does not verify the legality of online gambling in every individual player's jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing kxh8 is lawful in their location.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of kxh8 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on kxh8, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or winnings derived from abuse of this rule.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Transaction Limits

Transaction limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full identity verification may be eligible for higher deposit and withdrawal limits. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their accounts permanently suspended and all associated winnings voided.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on kxh8 is governed by the specific rules of each product, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets or playing casino games.

• kxh8 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict betting markets at any time, including in the event of suspected match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kxh8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using false or third-party identity information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover any technical error must report it to kxh8 support immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand or market information, or otherwise undermine the integrity of games or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment betting and gaming.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kxh8 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your kxh8 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, kxh8 will process any eligible pending withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Note that accounts closed at the player's request may be subject to a standard verification check before the final balance is released.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by kxh8

kxh8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Any legal or regulatory requirement that necessitates the closure of the account.

Where an account is closed by kxh8 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature of the breach. kxh8 will communicate the outcome of any account investigation to the player via the registered email address on the account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kxh8 will notify the player at their registered contact details before applying any inactivity processing. Players may reactivate an inactive account by contacting kxh8 support, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
